The sets
Are 12GO® bricks compatible with other brands?
Yes. 12GO® bricks are made to the same stud standard as the leading brick manufacturers, so every set combines with the bricks already on your shelf.
What are the bricks made of?
High-quality ABS plastic, the same material used by the major brick brands, with excellent clutch power, smooth edges and consistent colours from bag to bag.
Do the models have moving parts?
Yes, and they are all mechanical. Turrets rotate, main guns elevate, hatches open, ramps lower and suspensions articulate, depending on the set. Each product page lists its functions under "What's included".
Are the sets motorised or remote-controlled?
No. 12GO® sets are display models built for collectors. Every function is manual, which keeps the proportions true to the original vehicle and the price where it should be.
What scale are the models?
Most tanks and armoured vehicles are 1:28, so an entire collection sits together at the same size. The Digital Camo series is 1:35 and the Tiger II Flagship Tank is 1:16, nearly twice the standard size. Warships are 1:300, the U-96 is 1:72, cars run from 1:18 to 1:24 and engines from 1:3 to 1:5. The scale is shown on every product page.
Is a display stand included?
Only where it is listed. Warships, the U-96, the USS Enterprise and the engines come with their own display base or stand. Tanks and vehicles stand on their own tracks and wheels.
What comes in the box?
Bricks sorted in numbered bags, a premium printed instruction manual with historical or engineering notes, and a collector's box. Crew figures are included only where the product page lists them.
How long does a build take?
Plan on roughly 250 pieces per hour. Every product page shows an estimated build time, from a few evenings for a 1,000-piece set to a long weekend for the biggest builds.
What is the recommended age?
12GO® sets are designed for builders aged 14 and up. They are collector models with small parts and advanced techniques, not toys for young children.

How much is shipping?
Spain: free on orders of €50 or more, otherwise €6.50. European Union: €8.99. United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel and the United Arab Emirates: €12.99. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days and travel by express courier, insured and tracked. Delivery after dispatch typically takes 3 to 9 business days in Spain and the European Union, 3 to 7 in the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada, 5 to 9 in Australia and New Zealand, and 7 to 14 elsewhere. Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Free of charge until it is dispatched, usually within 1 to 2 business days. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus the express payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify.
Returns and guarantee
What is the 90 day money back guarantee?
If a set is not what you expected, return it within 90 days of delivery, complete and with the numbered bags sealed, for a full refund. Contact us first and we will send you the return details.
A piece is missing or broken. What do I do?
Contact us within 90 days with your order number, the set number and the part reference from the manual. We send replacement parts free of charge.
I received the wrong set.
Contact us with your order number and a photo of what arrived. We send the right set at our cost and arrange the return of the wrong one.
